Training

When you want to learn how to download pictures and music or you need help using the latest release from Microsoft personalized one-on-one training in the comfort of your own home is just a phone call away. I.T.@Home will spend as much time as you need for you to feel comfortable and confident with your new skills.

 

On-Site Support

Unfortunately technology doesn't always work the way that it is supposed to and when a piece of equipment malfunctions or stops working you want it fixed as quickly and painlessly as possible. I.T.@Home assesses the problem, lays out a plan of action, and works within your schedule to solve the issue with minimum involvement from you.
 

...and Beyond:

“I had a system installed by _____________ but now it doesn't work and I can’t get anyone to fix it!”…is an unfortunate but all too frequent complaint and I.T.@Home is here to help. I.T.@Home will work with you to resolve issues with existing systems regardless of who installed them.
